This Privacy Policy explains how EVBOhealth ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use HealthFlow (the "Service"). By using HealthFlow, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility / Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or use the Service under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization.

3.1 Account & Profile Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, timezone, and emergency contact details.

3.2 Health & Device Data

If you connect health devices or enter health readings, we may collect health-related information including vitals, measurements, timestamps, and device identifiers.

3.3 Usage & Technical Data

We may collect IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages/screens viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic logs to operate and improve the Service.

6. HIPAA & Protected Health Information

HealthFlow is designed to comply with HIPAA when handling Protected Health Information (PHI). We implement comprehensive safeguards including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, role-based access controls, automatic session timeouts, and Business Associate Agreements with all vendors who access PHI.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers (Firebase/Google Cloud, device vendors, SMS delivery), for legal compliance, in business transfers, or with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive health alerts, medication reminders, and task reminders. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Data Retention & Security

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of storage is 100% secure.

By accessing or using HealthFlow, operated by Evidence Based Outcomes LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use HealthFlow, unless a parent or legal guardian creates or supervises your use. By using HealthFlow, you represent that you meet this requirement.

HealthFlow provides tools for organizing, viewing, and tracking health-related information for informational and support purposes only. HealthFlow does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. Service Description

HealthFlow may provide features including remote patient monitoring tools, health data tracking and visualization, medication reminders, and educational health resources. Features may change over time.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at [email protected].

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HealthFlow for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, scrape or harvest content, reverse engineer source code, or interfere with service operations.

7. Subscription Terms

HealthFlow+ is available by subscription at $12.99/month or $135.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

HealthFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego, California under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation.
